Renewal Coordinator
Department: Direct Marketing
Reports To: Director of Direct Response
Purpose of Position: To execute renewal mailings and assist the Direct Marketing department in raising $60 million annually.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Handle all site phone inquiries.
- Keep sites informed and up to date on Direct Marketing efforts.
- Execute new donor conversion program (bi-weekly mailings).
- Coordinate and monitor production schedules.
- Reconcile all related invoices.
- Prepare purchase orders and requisitions.
- Bid out and buy all printed materials and services and process advance postage requests.
- Assist in execution of renewal mailings with guidance from manager.
- Proofreading and Trafficking.
- Provide clerical support for direct marketing department.
- Handle calculation of mailing costs and maintain inventory records.
- Monitor all production phases -- printers, computer laser services and mailhouses.
- Maintain records for bidding and postage accounting.
- Prepare and maintain sample books.
- Samples distribution to internal departments and sites.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director.
Requirements:
- Two (2) years of general office experience.
- Knowledge of Windows and typing skills.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and have a pleasant and professional phone manner.
- Detail oriented, good follow-up skills and aptitude with figures.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Knowledge of TEAM approach a plus.
