Covenant House Pennsylvania
Established in 1999, Covenant House Pennsylvania serves homeless, runaway and at-risk youth with absolute respect and unconditional love. Providing a continuum of services for youth in need, Covenant House is the largest private child welfare agency in the Delaware Valley, and the largest provider of services to homeless and runaway youth in Philadelphia.

Crisis Center
The Crisis Center is a 51-bed program providing shelter and a host of support services to young people ages 21 and younger. The Crisis Center adheres to a policy of Open Intake, meaning any youth in need is admitted to the Crisis Center the first time he/she seeks assistance. The Crisis Center operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Street Outreach
Outreach staff build trusting relationships with youth, addressing their immediate needs such as food, shelter, and referrals, and assisting them in taking the steps necessary to resolve crisis situations. The Outreach staff also responds to referrals from The Covenant House Nineline (800-999-9999), a 24-hour crisis hotline, as well as to referrals from other social service agencies.
Rights of Passage
A transitional living program for young adults, the goal of the program is to help young adults acquire the skills they need to live on their own in a self-sufficient and healthy manner.
Rights of Passage Apartment Living (ROPAL):
A subsidized apartment program for youth transitioning to adulthood.
Community Outreach Center
Youth visit the Community Outreach Center for assistance in meeting basic needs such as food, clothing, a shower or laundry. Medical and counseling services and referral services also are available.
Through a partnership with Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, services including psychological counseling, educational and vocational training, legal assistance, substance abuse counseling, recreation programs and case management are offered to youth in need.
