Covenant House New York Executive Director Jerry Kilbane speaks about the plight of homeless and throwaway youth, their crisis care program, and a recent study about the foster care system. Overwhelmingly, the majority of kids that come to Covenant House have been thrown out of their homes or aged-out of the foster care system.

Also on the program is Steve Simpson, author of the book, "Runaway." He was once living on the streets and is now helping others.
