Who we are: Casa Alianza Mexico (CAM) provides care and protection for girls and boys ages 12-18 who are experiencing social abandonment, including abuse, neglect, violence, addiction, sexual exploitation, and human trafficking. We also welcome into our care unaccompanied migrant children, and we serve all these vulnerable children and teens with unconditional love.
Our shelter: Our residential programs include six small homes in locations throughout Mexico City that house up to 132 children and teens per night, and we co-operate a separate home for 30 teen moms and their babies. We also have a home for unaccompanied migrant boys seeking refugee status. In 2019, we will open a brand-new shelter which will add another 90 supported beds for youth facing homelessness.
Our programs: In addition to our residential care, CAM provides specialized care for young mothers and their babies; for survivors of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, HIV and AIDS, and those with sexual health issues; and for unaccompanied migrant children.
