Our doors are open 24/7 in 34 cities across the Americas and our high-quality programs are designed to empower young people to rise and overcome adversity, today and in the future.

We work to ensure every dollar you donate to Covenant House serves the children we care for as efficiently as possible. Our international work to fight youth homelessness spans 34 cities across the Americas. Covenant House's network of youth shelters provides refuge to youth facing abuse, homelessness, and trafficking - and the long-term support they need to heal.

Covenant House appreciates your donation and your support of our mission. Our budget and ongoing financial health rely on accounting for and accepting irrevocable, non-refundable donations from the public. Therefore, Covenant House considers all donations to be nonrefundable.

Covenant House may consider returning donations to the donor, but only in limited circumstances. If you have made an error with your donation, please contact us at 1-800-388-3888 or info@covenanthouse.org.

Depending on the circumstances, Covenant House will consider your request if it is made within ninety (90) days of the original donation. Covenant House may ask for proof of identity before issuing a refund, and all refunds are returned using the original method of payment. For example, if your donation was made by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same account. You are responsible for all tax considerations that may arise if your donation is refunded.
