Covenant House California provides transitional housing and supportive services to young people ages 18–24 experiencing or at risk of homelessness or human trafficking throughout Santa Clara County. We maintain a safe, welcoming environment with access to basic necessities and long-term support. Our commitment is to help every young person who comes to us, free of charge and without exception.

Youth Shelter and Housing
Covenant House California offers youth shelter and housing in Santa Clara and beyond. At our Santa Clara site, we serve at-risk youth throughout the area, offering a safe, welcoming space and essential services.
- Rights of Passage: Our transitional housing program offers longer-term housing and support to help youth prepare for and transition to independent living.
- Rapid Re-Housing: H2O (Housing2Opportunity), CHC’s Rapid Re-Housing program, helps young people secure apartments, cover move-in and rental costs, and provide ongoing support for up to 24 months before youth take over their leases.

- Medical & Mental Healthcare Services: We offer healthcare services, including off-site medical care referrals and on-site mental health care.
- Job Training & Readiness: Our employment specialists offer career guidance, help young people navigate job applications, prepare for interviews, dress professionally, and search for significant opportunities to succeed long term.
- Education Services: We refer our youth to off-site education professionals that provide them with support as they look to continue or complete school.
- Other Services: Meals, showers, new clothing and shoes, legal services, case management, aftercare
