- Rights of Passage: Our transitional housing program offers longer-term housing and support to help youth prepare for and transition to independent living.
- Rapid Re-Housing: H2O (Housing2Opportunity),CHC’s Rapid Re-Housing program, helps youth secure apartments, cover move-in and rental costs, and provide ongoing support for up to 24 months before youth take over their leases.
