Covenant House partnerships expose companies to our supporters whose loyalty to brands is aligned with their world views and giving priorities.

In an average year, Covenant House is featured in more than 1,500 positive media articles and news stories. In an average month, more than 114,000 people visit our website to learn more about our work. With more than 110,000 email subscribers and a monthly average open rate of 14%, more than 15,000 people see our email communications on a regular basis.

Our Partners in Action

Our corporate parters contribute time, money, and innovative ideas to help young people overcome homelessness and human trafficking.

Cisco has been on the frontlines serving youth overcoming homelessness since 2014. To date, they have engaged thousands of employees in Sleep Out and raised more than $10 million. Their global participation has set the pace for our corporate partnerships and the overall impact a company can have on a cause.

What began as six young professionals from Cisco coming together at a Sleep Out to raise funds for young people experiencing homelessness kicked off a Cisco revolution for Covenant House. Every year since, hundreds of employees from across all departments—including senior leadership—come together in solidarity with our youth.

As a technology partner, Cisco has provided $2 million in new technology products and systems across our facilities and donated Webex online meeting software.

Nationally, they have recruited employees to join the board of directors at local Covenant House sites and funded the expansion of Covenant House’s operations to Santa Clara, California, which opened in May 2021 to 30 residents.
Our Delta Air Lines partnership started in 2012 with Covenant House Georgia and has grown to support Anchorage, Detroit, Fort Lauderdale, Los Angeles, Newark, New York City, Washington, D.C., and Mexico City. Delta provides financial and marketing support, as well as mobilizing their employees to volunteer across our sites.

In addition to sponsoring and participating in major Covenant House fundraising events such as Night of Covenant House Stars and Sleep Out, Delta has made significant financial contributions to Covenant House programs at both the national level and local level.

Delta has taken their commitment even further by co-creating the Delta Career Pathways program in partnership with Covenant House’s workforce development program, providing professional mentorship, internships, and careers for Covenant House youth.
Starting in 2015, and as part of Accenture’s Skills to Succeed initiative, Accenture has assisted Covenant House in developing and rolling out an enhanced job readiness curriculum to our Covenant House sites across the United States. They have also created and implemented a standardized foundational online and classroom training curriculum.

In addition to providing such rich content to inform our programs for young people, Accenture employees have rolled up their sleeves and volunteered to serve as facilitators and guest speakers in the classroom and participate in the Sleep Out in several cities raising awareness and critical funds to help Covenant House.
