GivingTuesday is Here! 

For young people experiencing homelessness, the holidays can be a very difficult time. But at Covenant House, they experience unconditional love, relentless support, and a deep sense of belonging and worth that embody the true spirit of the season. This is made possible, says Covenant House President and CEO Bill Bedrossian, by the kindness and generosity of our supporters on GivingTuesday and throughout the year.  

This GivingTuesday, your gift will be matched five times, for five times the impact. 

“The unconditional love that many of us get from our families, they just don’t have. And that’s where you come in this GivingTuesday,” Bill says. “Your giving this Tuesday enables us to provide warm meals, gifts, and, ultimately, a sense of belonging for these young people at Covenant House. 

“We get to see the gratitude, the joy on their faces when they receive those things, knowing that they’re cared about this holiday season and they have the opportunity to be loved unconditionally,” he shares.  

Over the past year, Covenant House provided 896,000 nights of safety and 1.9 million meals to young people facing homelessness. Every single night, 2,500 youth sleep safely in a Covenant House bed and wake up to find the tools, opportunities, and support they need to advance their best future.
